Presentation

Professor of the Area of ​​Italian Philology at the University of Salamanca, she has a degree in Italian Philology from the University of Salamanca and in Journalism from the Pontifical University of Salamanca. She obtained a doctorate in Philology in 2016 with a Thesis on the literature of immigration in Italy. She is a member of the Research Group of the University of Salamanca "Writers and female characters in literature" since its creation and her main lines of research are: Italian immigration literature, literature written by women, children's literature written by women (postrisorgimentale period) and the reception and translation of contemporary Italian novels and their influence in Spain.
