Cesare Barbabianca
Cesare Barbabianca, known as “L’accademico Solingo”, was born in Koper in the sixteenth century. Doctor of Laws, jurisconsult, speaker and writer, he is the author of the works Orazione nella partita dell’Illustriss. Sig. Luigi Soranzo del Governo di Capodistria (1592) e L’assonto amoroso in difesa delle Donne (1593) both published in Treviso for Domenico Amici.
