Androniki Dialeti is Assistant Professor of Early Modern European History in the Department of History, Archaeology and Social Anthropology, University of Thessaly. She has studied history at the University of Athens and the University of Glasgow. Her research interests and publications focus on social and cultural history of early modern Italy, gender history and historiography. Her essays have been published in various edited volumes and journals, including Gender & History, Genesis – Rivista della Società Italiana delle Storiche, The Historical Journal, and Renaissance and Reformation. She has co-edited the volume Gender in History: Historiographical Accounts and Case Studies, Athens 2015 and Masculinities: Representations, Subjectivities and Practices from the Medieval to Modern Times, Athens 2019 (both in Greek). She is co-author of History of Venice and the Venetian Empire, 11th -18th Century: Society, Economy, Civilization, Athens 2016 (in Greek).
